Food Production Operatives – Immediate Start Available
Looking for reliable, long-term work with great shift options? Join our growing production team in Burton-Upon-Trent. We have immediate starts and a choice of rotating or night shifts.
Location: Burton-Upon-Trent
Working Hours:
- Weekly Rotating Shifts (Monday–Friday):
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Night Shift (Sunday–Thursday):
- 10:00pm – 6:00am
Pay Rates:
- Rotating Shift – Production Operative / Packer:
- Standard: £13.05 per hour
- Monday to Saturday OT: £16.31 per hour
- Sunday Overtime: £19.58 per hour
- Night Shift:
- Standard: £15.05 per hour
- Sunday–Friday Overtime: £18.31 per hour
- Saturday Overtime: £21.58 per hour
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assembling and packing food products on a production line
- Meeting daily targets while maintaining quality standards
- Following all Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures
- Working as part of a supportive, fast-moving team
