We are currently recruiting experienced Wet Spray Painters to join our busy spray team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be part of a skilled production team responsible for painting components used in earth moving equipment. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Location: Leicester (LE4)
Working Hours:
- 06.00 – 14.30 Monday to Thursday
- Friday 06.00 – 11.30
- 14.30 – 10.30pm Monday to Thursday
- Friday 11.30 – 5.00pm
Pay Rate: ÂŁ12.90 per hour
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Role Overview:
- Working as a part of the spray team that manufacture precision components used in earth moving equipment
- Applying coats in accordance to the standard operating procedures and in line with customer specifications
- Following instruction and working in line with the company's health and safety and best practice policies
- Painting and prepping of complex components to the required industry standard
- Deliver and be responsible for the quality of work undertaken
- Actively support the Paint Shop Team Leader in all areas of the business as required
Requirements:
- Ideally 2 years plus wet painting experience
- Versatile and enthusiastic with a high level of attention to detail
- Must be able to follow detailed work instructions
- A team player who can also work on own initiative
- Basic numeracy & literacy
- Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Must have experience in wet paint spraying
