We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Honing Operator to join our friendly production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, care about accuracy, and want a role where you can grow your skills, this is a great opportunity.
Shift Options: 05:00–13:00 or 13:00–21:00 (Shift allocated based on business needs).
Pay Rates: £12.84 per hour + 20% premium for hours worked outside 08:00–16:30. Weekday OT: £19.26. Weekend OT: £25.68.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform rough and finish honing using air tools.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Support and train colleagues when needed.
- Keep your workspace safe, tidy, and organised.
- Work as part of a positive, supportive team.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 1 or 2 (preferred).
- Experience in engineering/assembly is a bonus.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Basic PC skills helpful.
