The Role

You will be working as a Machine Operator / Minding Operative, supporting the rotational moulding process. No machine setup required, your role focuses on operating, monitoring, and minding machinery to ensure smooth production.

Key Duties

  • Operating and minding rotational moulding machinery
  • Monitoring product quality throughout the shift
  • Loading/unloading moulds and materials
  • General production duties as required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Working effectively as part of a hands-on team

Shifts & Pay

Days: Monday–Thursday, 6am–6pm
Weekly earnings of £650 including shift allowance

Nights: Monday night–Friday morning, 6pm–6am
Weekly earnings of £734 including shift allowance

Overtime:
Fridays 6am–2pm
Paid at 1.3x hourly rate
All shifts paid in full (12 hours).
