We’re currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established cheese manufacturing site in Cropwell Bishop. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Location: Cropwell Bishop Pay Rate:

£12.21 per hour (standard)

£17.09 per hour (overtime after 39 hours)

Working Hours:

Packing Side: 6:00am – 4:15pm (flexibility required to start earlier or finish later during busy periods)

Dairy Side: 6:30am – 3:00pm (Friday finish at 1:00pm)

Weekend work may be required on both sides

Packing Duties Include:

Picking and packing orders

Blending and cutting cheese

Working at pace with attention to detail

Dairy Duties Include:

Turning and rubbing cheese to create the final finish

Lifting 7–8kg blocks of cheese

More physically demanding tasks

Important Notes:

Must be comfortable working in a strong-smelling (cheese) environment

Induction will be completed in branch prior to starting

Previous food production experience preferred
