FLT DRIVERS REQUIRED FOR JANUARY START *** We are currently seeking qualified Forklift Truck (FLT) Drivers in the Huyton area to join our esteemed client, a well-known presence in the automotive industry. Immediate assignments are available, and thorough training will be provided for warehouse operations. Candidates must possess a valid forklift license and demonstrate prior experience operating a Forklift Truck. Job Title: Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver Hours of Work: There is a rotating shift pattern: 06:00-14:30 Monday-Friday 14:30-24:00 Monday-Thursday Flexibility to work all shift patterns and overtime during the week, including full shifts on weekends, is required. Pay Rates: Standard hours: £13.92 per hour Overtime between Mon – Sat: £18 per hour Overtime on Sun: £24 per hour All breaks are fully paid. Job Role: As a Logistic Operator your main duties would include: Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as lorries or vans Performing other warehouse tasks Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following stock control instructions Checking loads are secure Stacking empty pallets Performing daily equipment checks, e.g., recharging the truck’s battery (if the truck is electric) Benefits: Free car parking Paid breaks 2-week shutdowns in July/August and Christmas Total 33 days of annual leave per year (including shutdowns) Overtime opportunities Employer pension scheme Free uniform/PPE Weekly pay Immediate starts Successful candidates will be invited to a local interview where they will be asked to present a valid FLT Counterbalance certificate/license (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
