About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable and organised individual to support the day-to-day administrative functions at our clients factory. This is a general admin role, ideal for someone with previous experience in a factory or production environment who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering daily consumables and supplies as required
- Updating and filing training records accurately
- Collecting and filing daily safety check sheets
- Maintaining and updating risk assessments and method statement logs/documents
- General administrative duties to support factory operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in an admin role, ideally within a factory or production setting
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable using basic IT systems (e.g. spreadsheets, word processing)
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage tasks independently
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Schedule: Part-time: 25 hours per week. Preferred working pattern: 5 weekday mornings (flexible)
