PROMAN is recruiting a Night Shift Loader on behalf of a well-established commercial egg supplier based in Todmorden. The company supplies cafés, shops, and other businesses across Liverpool, Manchester, Bradford, Leeds, Sheffield, and the surrounding areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Van loading for next-day deliveries according to specific delivery route schedules and driver manifests
- Yard shunting in a safe manner
- Handling goods on pallets and boxes whilst taking care of the product to minimise breakages
- Following correct loading procedure to prevent movement and damage during transit
- Cross-referencing delivery notes and labels to ensure correct quantities and sizes are loaded
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, including the ability to accurately read loading sheets, dates, and batch codes
- Clean UK driving license needed
- Ability to handle delicate products whilst maintaining needed speed to perform the role
- Physically fit
