We're hiring Warehouse Operatives for a leading distributor of light and commercial vehicle parts, serving over 35,000 repairers across the UK & Ireland.
Location: Exeter
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30–17:30
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary
Role Overview: This is a role involving general warehouse tasks. You'll be part of a fast-paced returns and warehouse team ensuring accurate order handling. Training will be provided.
- Processing customer returns
- Supporting with our warehouse goods out processes
- Working within our systems to ensure return cases are dealt with within 48 hours of the return being received
- Reporting return issues within our systems and contacting customers where necessary if there is an issue with the returned item
- Providing support to the Customer Service team with customer aftercare services when required
- General warehouse duties (making sure everything is neat and tidy to ensure efficiency within the warehouse)
Requirements:
- A basic level of computer literacy is required as a large portion of the job involves using internal IT systems to process the returns.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
- Team player with good communication skills
