We are recruiting a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to support the distribution of essential medical gases including routes down to Land’s End and Cornwall. You will be delivering Oxygen and Nitrogen to a variety of medical establishments, from small clinics to large hospitals — a role that directly supports critical healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver medical gas canisters (3kg–15kg) to approximately 4+ locations per shift
  • Complete both single-canister and multi-canister drops
  • Drive a tracked Mercedes Sprinter and comply with commercial speed limits
  • Use a company-issued phone and delivery app to scan and confirm all deliveries
  • Maintain regular communication with the planning team
  • Provide polite, clear communication to customers at every site

Requirements

  • Physically fit and comfortable lifting 3kg–15kg canisters
  • Strong communication skills and good understanding of English
  • Professional, polite, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to pass a DBS check
  • Comfortable using a simple delivery app (full training provided)

Training & Working Hours

  • Day shifts once fully trained (Flexible start times)
  • Initial training completed on night shifts, starting at 11:30pm
  • Training typically takes 2–7 days, depending on experience
