Location: Burnaston/ Client Site

Salary: £27,000 - 30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (open to 9am-3pm)

We're looking for an analytical and proactive Data Analyst to join our Managed Services team. This role will play a key part in providing workforce and operational insights that help both Proman and our clients make informed business decisions.

Working closely with onsite account teams and stakeholders, you'll transform data into meaningful recommendations, identify trends, and support continuous improvement across workforce performance, recruitment, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Collecting, validating, and analysing workforce and operational data.
  • Monitoring trends in attendance, attrition, performance, and workforce demographics.
  • Identifying root causes and emerging issues through data analysis.
  • Producing clear reports and insights for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Supporting account teams with data-driven recommendations and solutions.
  • Maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and reporting standards.
  • Presenting findings in a clear and engaging way to non-technical audiences.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through analytical insight.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience using Power BI and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
  • Experience working with HR, workforce, recruitment, or operational data would be advantageous.
