PROMAN is recruiting for a Concierge Security Officer to join one of our flagship high-end clients in Covent Garden. This is a permanent, long-term opportunity offering stability, excellent working conditions, and the chance to represent a prestigious development.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Stable, permanent position with one of PROMAN s top clients
Provide a professional and welcoming concierge service to residents and guests
Monitor site security through CCTV and regular patrols
Ensure safety and loss prevention measures are upheld
Handle guest inquiries and assist with day-to-day needs in a courteous manner
Maintain a polished front-of-house environment
Valid SIA License (essential)
Minimum 3 5 years experience in concierge/security within luxury or high-end properties
Impeccable manners, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills
Ability to manage security and hospitality responsibilities seamlessly
First aid certification desirable (or willingness to train)
