We are recruiting Skilled Labourers to join our client, a specialist provider of protective coating systems that help protect and extend the life of critical assets. This is a hands‑on role working with pipework and associated applications, initially based in a factory environment while full training is provided.
The Role
As a Skilled Labourer, you will support production and coating operations, carrying out manual labouring duties, assisting with blasting processes, and helping prepare products for protective coating applications.
Duties Will Include
- Manual labouring duties, including lifting and moving materials safely
- Assisting with blasting of pipes, joints, and associated applications
- Working on blast coating pipework and joints to apply protective coatings
- Supporting the pre‑qualification testing area
- Quality checking products to ensure required standards are met
- Following health, safety, and quality procedures at all times
About You
- Comfortable carrying out physical, hands‑on work
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to work as part of a team in a busy production environment
- Good attention to detail when checking product quality
- Previous labouring, production, coating, blasting, or industrial experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided
Hours and Pay
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm
- Weekend work available as and when required
- Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
- Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate
Additional Information
