We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Side Loader Driver to join our busy production team in Brierley Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Feed material to production lines in order of priority
- Remove finished goods from production as required
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Complete daily pre-shift checks, maintain logs, and report any issues
- Always put Safety First and raise concerns immediately
- Ensure all packs are stacked neatly and safely
- Communicate effectively with production teams to maintain continuous workflow
- Carry out stock control duties
- Operate the bander to support packaging processes
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work area
- Empty mini skips as required
- Any other duties as & when required to aid with production.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Side Loader Licence and full UK Driving Licence
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a production or warehouse environment
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Stock control experience is an advantage
- Strong commitment to safe working practices
