Account Support
At Proman, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Support professional to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career within recruitment, working closely with clients, candidates, and colleagues to deliver outstanding service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting key client accounts and ensuring staffing requirements are met
- Building relationships with candidates and workers
- Coordinating interviews, inductions, and onboarding activities
- Managing attendance, compliance, and worker records
- Working closely with the recruitment team to attract and place talent
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, or account support desirable but not essential as full training will be given
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Confidence in building relationships with people at all levels
