We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Side Loader Driver to join our busy production team in Brierley Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Feed material to production lines in order of priority
  • Remove finished goods from production as required
  • Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Complete daily pre-shift checks, maintain logs, and report any issues
  • Always put Safety First and raise concerns immediately
  • Ensure all packs are stacked neatly and safely
  • Communicate effectively with production teams to maintain continuous workflow
  • Carry out stock control duties
  • Operate the bander to support packaging processes
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work area
  • Empty mini skips as required
  • Any other duties as & when required to aid with production.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid Side Loader Licence and full UK Driving Licence
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a production or warehouse environment
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Stock control experience is an advantage
  • Strong commitment to safe working practices
