Production operators required to start ASAP in Barnsley S75!

Shift availability

  • Night shift - Pay: £14.94 per hour, Shifts: Fixed 10pm till 6am
  • Day shift - Pay: £12.93 per hour, Shifts: Rotating – 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm

The Role:

The role is in the Production department (Pressing or Trimming) and it involves lifting. As part of the role you will be required to complete some of the tasks such as adding brackets and hinges amongst other products. You will be asked to do simple, repetitive tasks in the beginning in production, quality check products and help with packing, might also be asked to do tasks such as picking, goods in/out etc. You might sometimes be asked to help with setting up and running machines, loading raw materials, monitoring performance, and carrying out basic adjustments, do quality checks on finished pieces, ensure measurements and cuts are accurate, and report any defects or issues when and if needed. Keeping your work area tidy, safe, and machine-ready is a key part of the role.
