The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in producing high-quality mattresses and beds within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working as part of a multi-skilled team, you will help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery, tools and production equipment (full training provided)
- Assembling components accurately to required quality standards
- Loading and unloading materials and preparing products for the next stage of manufacture
- Following standard operating procedures and production processes
- Carrying out quality checks and reporting any defects
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production area
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Working flexibly across different tasks within the production cell
- Complying with all health and safety procedures

Shift Pattern
Double Days Rotation
Week 1: Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00, Friday: 06:00 - 13:00
Week 2: Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00, Friday: 13:00 - 20:00
Candidates should be flexible to work until midnight on occasion during peak production periods.
