We are a global recruitment company supplying temporary, contract and permanent workers to our clients. In the UK we employ 130+ people across 17 locations who support in the placement of around 4000 people per week.

We are in a phase of rapid growth and expansion. This role is a new position within the business, and we want to work with and develop great people who advocate our culture, our values, and deliver exceptional performance. About the role

  • Managing the temporary recruitment requirements for a number of industrial clients within your specific area (mainly Manchester, Stockport, Wythenshawe).
  • Understanding client\’s requirements and ensuring jobs are filled within the required time frame.
  • Using the full range of our recruitment tools as well as social media in order to attract suitable candidates to our open opportunities.
  • Contacting candidates for a variety of roles and discussing potential opportunities.
  • Preparing candidates for inductions at client sites and carrying out inductions.
