Job Description Senior Systems Engineer Secure Digital Platform (SDP) Data & Integration Reading | Hybrid Working (3 Days Onsite) 6-Month Contract £64 per Hour (Inside IR35) Winsearch is recruiting for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join a major digital transformation programme supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure, cloud services and platform operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior infrastructure professional to play a key role in the design, delivery and ongoing improvement of modern hybrid platforms, working across cloud, on-premises and containerised environments. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across a complex infrastructure landscape, ensuring systems remain secure, resilient, scalable and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with architects, security teams, application owners and service delivery functions, you'll support enterprise platforms while contributing to infrastructure transformation and cloud adoption programmes. Administer and optimise Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native technologies. Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux-based environments. Monitor system health, performance and capacity across multiple platforms. Support cloud migration, infrastructure transformation and technology refresh projects. We're looking for a technically strong Systems Engineer with experience operating within complex enterprise or large-scale infrastructure environments. Proven experience in a Senior Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer or Platform Engineer role.
