Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Press Brake Operator / Workshop Operative to join a busy and supportive production team based in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sheet metal professional who enjoys a varied hands-on role and takes pride in producing quality finished products. The Role Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for manufacturing metal trims, flashings and bespoke profiles to customer specifications, ensuring all products meet the required quality standards and production deadlines. You will also support wider workshop activities as required, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the operation. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate sheet metal machinery, including press brakes and guillotines Work with CNC equipment including turret punch machinery Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Manufacture products to precise customer requirements Carry out routine equipment checks before use Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment Assist with stock handling, goods inward and dispatch activities Support loading and unloading of deliveries Operate a forklift where licensed and required Provide support within powder coating and pre-treatment areas when needed What We're Looking For Essential Skills if you want to help us grow and take this ethos to our clients, then we cannot wait to collaborate with you!
