Type: Full-Time - Hybrid An established façade contractor is seeking a Design Manager to support the delivery of façade, recladding, and fire remediation projects across London and the South East.
This role will involve managing façade design packages, coordinating technical information, supporting regulatory submissions, and ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations and fire safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate façade and recladding design packages.
Produce and review technical drawings and construction details.
Coordinate design information with architects, consultants, fire engineers, and project teams.
Develop compliant details for rainscreen cladding, EWI, brick slip, and SFS systems.
Support Gateway 2 and Gateway 3 submissions.
Review FRAEW reports and fire strategy documentation.
Attend design meetings, site visits, and technical workshops.
Provide technical support throughout project delivery.
Requirements Experience in a Design Manager or similar façade design role.
Proven experience delivering recladding and fire remediation projects.
Knowledge of Building Safety Regulator (BSR) requirements and Gateway processes.
