A well-established business within the logistics sector is looking to recruit a Logistics Customer Service Administrator to join its busy and fast-paced team. This role would suit someone with experience in logistics, freight, shipping, imports or customs, but we are also keen to hear from candidates with a strong customer service or administration background who can bring transferable skills, a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

You will be supporting the day-to-day running of operations, helping to ensure customers receive a high level of service while assisting with administration, bookings, coordination and internal system updates.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers with day-to-day queries and service updates
  • Handling administration linked to logistics and operational activity
  • Processing bookings and updating internal systems accurately
  • Liaising with customers, colleagues and internal departments
  • Assisting with coordination of deliveries and shipments
