The site maintains strict standards across food safety, engineering reliability and operational performance, with the engineering team playing a key role in keeping production running and supporting continuous improvement. They are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to lead the engineering function, manage a multi skilled team and drive performance across maintenance, compliance and improvement activity. The Role The Engineering Supervisor will oversee the full engineering operation, ensuring machinery, equipment and site services remain safe, compliant and running efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role covering planned maintenance, breakdown response, engineering standards, contractor management and improvement projects.
