The Company

As part of this commitment, they are looking to appoint a Continuous Improvement / Business Operations Development Manager to drive operational excellence and support the development of efficient, scalable manufacturing processes across the business.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an improvement-focused manufacturing professional to take ownership of continuous improvement initiatives across production and business operations. Working closely with the leadership team, engineering, quality and production departments, you will identify opportunities for improvement, implement lean manufacturing techniques and help create a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
The position would suit someone with experience within aerospace, precision engineering, sheet metal fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment.
