The business is now ready to build its physical retail presence and develop a structured retail channel from an early stage.

The Role You will be responsible for building and growing the physical retail channel.

The role focuses on opening new retail customers, developing independent trade and shaping the retail model from the ground up.

You will work closely with the commercial and e commerce teams to ensure full alignment with brand, pricing, digital activity and customer insight.

Key responsibilities include: Building a targeted list of suitable retail accounts Approaching and opening new retail customers across independent retailers, health food stores, premium food shops, smaller chains and regional groups Developing relationships with retailers and managing trials, sampling and follow up Securing first orders and driving repeat orders Managing a clear B2B pipeline with structured reporting Gathering market feedback from retailers and customers to inform product, pricing and format decisions
