Job Description Skilled Machinist Role: Skilled Machinist / CNC Machinist Salary: £38,100 (Including Shift Allowance) Shift: Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts We are recruiting for a Skilled Machinist to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business operating within a modern, high-precision production environment. This is a structured site with a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and team collaboration, producing critical components within a fast-paced setting. Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting and operating machining equipment within a designated production cell. Working as part of a team, you will ensure machines are set correctly, running efficiently, and meeting production and quality targets.
