Your Role
You'll be at the heart of the operation, helping to ensure millions of products reach Home Bargains stores nationwide. Duties include:
- Picking stock using a voice-controlled headset system
- Operating OPU trucks (full training provided)
- Loading and unloading products
- Working accurately to productivity and quality targets
- Following health and safety procedures
- Supporting colleagues to keep the operation running smoothly
Shift Pattern
- Average 38.61 hours per week
- Average 3.51 working days per week
- 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off
- Days: 07:00 - 19:00
- Nights: 19:00 - 07:00
We're Looking For People Who:
- Have previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Are reliable, punctual and committed
- Are comfortable with manual handling and being on their feet throughout the shift
