Shift Pattern
Weekly Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday)
- 06:00am - 02:00pm
- 02:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay Rates
Production Operative
- Standard Rate: £13.05 per hour
- Overtime (Monday to Saturday): £16.31 per hour
- Sunday Overtime: £19.58 per hour
The Role
As a Food Production Operative, you'll play an important part in delivering high-quality food products to customers across the UK.
Your duties will include:
- Packing and assembling food products
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Following Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Working closely with a supportive production team
What We're Looking For
- A positive and reliable attitude
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills
- Previous production experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided
