Warehouse Operatives to join our busy warehouse team in Southampton.

This is a hands-on role that involves moving, handling, and preparing stock within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse.
  • Safely lifting and handling boxes and products weighing up to
  • Assisting with the organisation and storage of incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Preparing customer orders and work orders for dispatch.
  • Supporting warehouse operations to ensure goods are processed efficiently.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Following all health and safety procedures and manual handling guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable carrying out physically demanding work throughout the shift.
  • Experience within a warehouse, logistics, or goods-in/goods-out environment is advantageous.
  • Able to lift, move, and handle products weighing up to

20kg safely.

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and a strong awareness of workplace safety.
