The predicted salary is between 30000 - 35000 £ per year.

  • £628/week on days (£478 week basic + up to £150 bonus)

  • £668/week on nights (£518 week basic + up to £150 bonus)

  • £11.96 an hour on days (£11.46 an hour Mon-Fri and £13.46 an hour Sat & Sun)

  • £12.96 an hour on nights (£12.46 an hour Mon-Fri and £14.46 an hour Sat & Sun)

  • Overtime paid at £17.19 an hour and £20.19 an hour on days

  • Overtime paid at £18.69 an hour and £21.69 an hour on nights

  • £0.15 bonus paid for every 1% performance uplift starting from averaging 86% performance/week

  • Day Shift: Blue Shift Week 1: Sunday – Wednesday 7am to 7pm (4 day working week)

  • Day Shift: Blue Shift Week 2: Sunday – Tuesday 7am to 7pm (3 day working week)

  • Day Shift: Red Shift Week 1: Thursday – Saturday 7am to 7pm (3 day working week)

  • Day Shift: Red Shift Week 2: Wednesday – Saturday 7am to 7pm (4 day working week)

  • Day Shift: Orange Shift Week 1: Sunday – Wednesday 7am to 5pm (4 day working week)

  • Night Shift: Green Shift Week 1: Tuesday – Friday 7pm to 7am (4 day working week)

  • Night Shift: Green Shift Week 2: Wednesday – Friday 7pm to 7am (3 day working week)

  • Night Shift: Yellow Shift Week 1: Saturday – Monday 7pm to 7am (3 day working week)

  • Night Shift: Yellow Shift Week 2: Saturday – Tuesday 7pm to 7am (4 day working week)

  • Night Shift: Orange Shift Week 1: Sunday – Wednesday 9pm to 7am (4 day working week)

The role of Warehouse Operative:

  • Picking stock (order picking using wrist-mounted scanners)

  • Loading stock onto the fleet of vehicles

  • Stock replenishment

  • Following warehouse health & safety guidelines

  • Other general warehouse duties

  • Training will be provided on MHE including LLOP’s, PPT’s and Counterbalance
