We are GROWING and are recruiting for the role of a Production Operative to join the team at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK (TMUK) FULL TIME TEMPORARY POSITION Burnaston Plant £27,623 per annum TMUK, based in Burnaston, Derby, is seeking Production Operatives to help build the Toyota Corolla as they prepare for the launch of the Toyota GR Corolla in 2026, following increased global demand. The GR Corolla is a high-performance, rally-inspired hatchback and is an exciting addition to the projects currently being managed within the plant. The plant is also leading the way in achieving Toyota\’s goal of carbon neutrality across Europe by 2040. You will be working within our Business Revenue Centre for Used Vehicle Refurbishments and accessory fitting. This position is perfect for those with prior experience as a production operative or warehouse operative. Production Operatives in this area are required to carry out manual processes that includes Polishing and Valeting. Hours of work: 39 hours per week, Days Only Day shift only: (Monday – Friday 07:00 – 15:33) You will need to attend a 15-minute briefing prior to the start of your shift.
