We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Chef/barista to lead our kitchen and front off house operations, will be working some days in kitchen and some days front off house.
- Chef Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a delicious range of breakfast and lunch items, as well as pastries and baked goods.
- Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard, with excellent presentation and consistency.
- Manage daily kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Oversee inventory, stock rotation, and ordering of fresh ingredients.
- Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene and cleanliness in line with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the management team to innovate and evolve our menu, introducing seasonal specials and new offerings.
- Chef Qualifications
