About the Role
As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll sit at the heart of Prolo’s operation, reporting into the Procurement director to ensure our customers always get the best value.
Responsibilities
- Finding, negotiating, and securing the best material prices in the market
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term supplier relationships
- Supporting our AI-led procurement engine with accurate, high-quality data
- Processing customer orders via email, text, WhatsApp, and phone
- Improving procurement workflows as we scale
- Spotting trends and opportunities in pricing, availability, and suppliers
- Helping shape how procurement works at Prolo from the ground up
Qualifications
Proven experience in procurement within the construction or building materials sector
