As we prepare for our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Head of Product to own and lead our product vision end-to-end. As Head of Product, you’ll be a core member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to define and deliver Prolo’s product strategy. You will be responsible for:

  • Translating the complex needs of construction buyers, commercial managers, and material suppliers into a seamless, AI-driven digital experience.
  • Leading and growing a high-performing product function (Product, Design, UX) as we scale.
  • Partnering with Engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions at pace.
  • Embedding a strong product culture built on data, experimentation, and customer obsession.
  • Balancing speed and quality in a startup environment where momentum matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior product leadership role (VP/Head of Product or Lead PM looking to step up), ideally in a high-growth tech startup.
  • Strong track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS, procurement, construction or marketplace products.
  • A strong grasp of how to practically apply AI/LLMs to automate manual workflows and structure complex data.
  • Hands-on experience prototyping rapidly with AI-native development platforms.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering in agile environments.

  • Familiarity with the UK construction market and the software they currently use (ERPs, estimation tools, inventory management).
