Your Role

As Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer, you’ll own Prolo’s growth strategy across the full funnel – from awareness through to activation and retention. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Sales, & Product leaders to design, test, and scale the channels that drive predictable growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning and executing Prolo’s growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Designing and running experiments across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led channels
  • Optimising conversion across the funnel – landing pages, onboarding, activation, and referrals
  • Working with Product to embed growth loops and product-led growth mechanics
  • Using data to identify opportunities, prioritise experiments, and measure impact
  • Building dashboards and reporting to track CAC, LTV, activation, and conversion rates
  • Creating compelling messaging for construction and procurement audiences
  • Helping shape Prolo’s brand and narrative as we scale and fundraise

You’ll have real autonomy to decide where to grow, how to test, and what to scale.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Growth, Performance, or Demand Marketing role at a high-growth startup
  • Strong track record of driving measurable growth across digital channels
  • Highly analytical with experience using tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics
  • Experience with paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, and conversion optimisation
  • Ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for B2B audiences
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on ROI and revenue impact
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Hands-on operator who enjoys both strategy and execution

Bonus

  • Experience in B2B SaaS/PaaS, marketplaces, or product-led growth
  • Familiarity with construction, procurement, or industrial verticals
  • Experience working with AI or data-led products
