Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a Young People’s supported living facility Telford. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential childcare, mental health and a passion for providing high-quality care and support to young people.

- Experience with young adults with mental health, complex and challenging behaviour
- Full UK Driving licence
- Clear DBS
Duties
- To assist management in the day-to-day running of the home
- To promote a stimulating, caring and culturally appropriate environment
- To provide support for the service users
- To work in a multi-disciplinary team
- To deputise in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Manager
- To lead shifts and support co-workers
- To maintain accurate and up to date records
- To carry out observations or supervisions
