Proline Care are seeking experienced Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to support services across the Wolverhampton area.
As a member of the agency, you will provide care and support to residents of nursing homes, residential homes and day centres across the Birmingham area. Responsibilities
- Working in variety of care and support settings.
- Assisting and encouraging with personal care
- Following Care plans and Risk Assessments
- Escorting service users to social activities
- Report Writing
- Assisting and supporting to prepare meals.
- Communicating with residents and colleagues
