We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a Children’s residential service in Smethwick. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential childcare and a passion for providing high-quality care and support to young people.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential child care
- Full UK Driving licence
- Clear DBS
Duties:
- To assist management in the day-to-day running of the home
- To promote a stimulating, caring and culturally appropriate environment
- To provide support for the service users
- To work in a multi-disciplinary team
- To deputise in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Manager
- To lead shifts and support co-workers
- To maintain accurate and up to date records
- To carry out observations or supervisions
