We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a Children’s residential service in Rugeley. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential childcare and a passion for providing high-quality care and support to young people.

Requirements

  • Experience in residential child care
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Clear DBS

Duties

  • To assist management in the day-to-day running of the home
  • To promote a stimulating, caring and culturally appropriate environment
  • To provide support for the service users
  • To work in a multi-disciplinary team
  • To deputise in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Manager
  • To lead shifts and support co-workers
  • To maintain accurate and up to date records
  • To carry out observations or supervisions
