Proline Care are seeking experienced Residential Children’s Support Workers for a Children’s Service in Selly Park, Birmingham.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Support young people through their daily routines
- Act as a role model
- Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
- Following Care plans and Risk Assessments
- Communicating with residents and colleagues
Experience/Requirements:
- Experience working in children’s residential care
- Full UK drivers licence
- Clear DBS
- Level 3/4 in Children Workforce or be willing to work towards this
