We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join children\’s and young people\’s residential homes in the Birmingham/Sandwell area. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential childcare, mental health and a passion for providing high-quality care and support to young people.

Requirements:

* Experience with young people

* Full UK Driving licence

* Clear DBS

Duties

* To support with leading a staff team

* To promote a stimulating, caring and culturally appropriate environment

* To provide support for the service users

* To work in a multi-disciplinary team

* To maintain accurate and up to date records

* To carry out observations or supervisions

* To promote inclusion and independence
