Registered Manager - Walsall

We are seeking a fulltime experienced Homes Manager responsible for the running of a 2 bed therapeutic (EBD) Residential Children’s Home in Castleford, ensuring the provision of high-quality care for our young people in accordance with the Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, Ofsted and all other statutory and regulatory requirements. The Registered Manager will promote the wellbeing and safeguarding of our young people and be responsible for the development and supervision of their team, encouraging professional progression where applicable.

The candidate must have had previous registration with Ofsted, strong leadership skills within Children’s Residential Care setting, and 2 years previous experience in a supervisory position.
