Deputy Manager - Smethwick

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to support and work alongside the Registered Manager of the Residential Children’s Home in Smethwick.

Candidates must have managed a team for at least 2 years with knowledge to efficiently co‑managing the house budgets, overseeing the development of staff and the young people in placement, formulating and updating placement plans, risk assessments and positive therapeutic parenting.

Candidates must have achieved a level 3 children\’s residential/children\’s workforce or level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Residential or a higher qualification in relation to the role. It is essential for the candidate to have a full UK driving licence.
