Prolific, a leader in human data infrastructure for AI, seeks a Lead Product Designer to shape the design vision across Product, Research & Design. You will own the participant experience, authenticity, and internal design services while reporting to the VP of Product.
You will mentor 1–3 designers, collaborate with engineers and researchers, and drive user research and data analysis to inform decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
