Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in an HR, People Operations or Admin role
- Available to work in the London office at least 1 day per week
- Strong proficiency in G-Suite
- Proven ability to handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee data in a HRIS, ideally with experience using an HRIS (e.g., Bob)
- Scalability and automation-focused - with experience in building scalable, low-touch people processes
- Data Literacy: Comfortable with pulling reports, tracking actions, and showing a keen interest in learning to translate people data into actionable insights
- Early stage knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and core HR functions across the employee lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- High level of honesty, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust quickly with people at all levels and a collaborative mindset for working with other teams
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to help address employee queries

What the job involves
- We’re seeking a People Operations Partner to act as the heartbeat of the People function at Prolific, playing a central role in supporting and connecting our global team
- As the primary point of contact for day-to-day People matters, you’ll ensure that employees have a seamless, positive experience across all touchpoints
- This position is ideal for someone with early-stage business partnering experience who is eager to grow their impact by working across multiple areas, including people operations, employee experience, and office coordination
- You’ll help drive key processes, support managers and employees alike, and contribute to building an inclusive, engaging, and well-organised workplace where people can do their best work
- Maintain and update HRIS with accurate employee data
- Organise benefits administration
- Partner with the wider people team on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including data pulls, action tracking, and program coordination
- Create dashboards and insights, translating people data into actionable insights and recommendations to share with the business
- Support execution of People lifecycle Programs, such as performance, probation and compensation reviews
- Roll out and adapt global People Experience programs
- Provide country-specific onboarding information, including local policies, time off entitlements, and benefits - ensuring a seamless and scalable onboarding process
- Oversee early stage performance management/processes - ensuring process compliance and a meaningful experience for all involved
- Serve as the onsite People presence in London, supporting culture and everyday employee needs
- Act as the local point of contact to support the facilitation of company events
- Handle ad hoc office administrative responsibilities
