We’re looking for HR and Talent Professionals to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate cutting‑edge AI models using real people‑operations expertise. If you have the necessary experience, we’ll send you a quick 10‑ to 15‑minute test to assess your skills and suitability for AI tasks. If successful, you’ll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, where you’ll get paid to train and evaluate powerful AI models. Researchers looking for your skills tend to pay up to $50 per hour. You must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter.
What you’ll bring:
- Professional Experience: professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid‑to‑large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
- Domain Knowledge: deep background in one or more areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
- Compliance Expertise: a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Certification (Plus): relevant HR certification is highly preferred.
- Analytical Thinking: the ability to translate complex HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear, nuanced feedback.
- Communication: exceptional written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail when reviewing sensitive policy or compliance data.

What you’ll be doing in the role:
- Evaluate AI Outputs: review and grade AI‑generated content related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and employee policy interpretation.
- Scenario Creation: develop realistic HR workflow scenarios, such as performance management cycles, benefits enrollment, and employee investigations.
- Data Validation: annotate and label data across various use cases, including offer letter generation, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
- Compliance Auditing: provide structured feedback on the accuracy of AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
- Framework Collaboration: work with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks specifically for HR‑domain AI applications.
Key Technologies:
- HRIS Platforms: proficiency with systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or Oracle HCM is desirable.
- ATS Systems: experience with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Productivity & Analysis: familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for workforce analytics and Notion/Jira for asynchronous collaboration.
