UK Remote (with some office time in London)
Responsibilities
- You will be the Product person responsible for the impact and outcomes of a team building out next gen tooling that enables frontier AI model developers to conduct cutting edge AI research.
- You'll report into the Product Lead for the Prolific for AI Product Group, and will work cross-functionally while accountable for a stream-aligned team.
- You will be responsible for product managing a stream-aligned team of your own.
- You'll also be the key driver of interaction with your peer teams and be able to collaborate across domains of science, research, supply, sales and account services.
- You'll be working within your team to build and launch the next generation of Prolific’s Data Collection Tooling product suite.
- You'll stay up to date with frontier AI research to ensure your product keeps up with customer requirements.
- You'll be responsible for the end to end product development lifecycle, from strategy to success metrics to roadmaps to delivery and iteration.
- You'll be responsible for communicating your strategy to executives, and also working through details with your team.
- You will unblock and simplify complexity: colleagues will bring you problems, and you'll help them find solutions.
- You'll partner productively with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver products in a test-learn-iterate fashion.
Qualifications
- An extensive and varied track record working embedded in technology teams alongside engineers and designers.
- B2B product experience, ideally focused on large enterprises, with experience managing multiple internal stakeholders to deliver value and scale impact.
- Competence or expertise in most or all of the industry's prevailing Product tools, models, and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, Continuous Discovery, CI/CD, JTBD frameworks, thin or vertical slicing, self-organizing teams, Team Topologies, thinking in bets, test-learn-iterate loops, and Growth loops / Growth hacking.
- Expertise in experimenting with AI-led technologies in the Product Manager's toolbox; able to experiment with technology and build POCs.
- Strong data literacy and data-driven decision-making.
- A storyteller's flair, collaborative mindset, belief in issue-driven decision-making, personal accountability, and a can-do attitude.
