Prolific North, the leading news and events platform for the creative, marketing, and tech sectors in the North, is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our operations team as an Awards Programme Success Lead. Prolific North is an independent news and events company based in Manchester, dedicated to highlighting the exceptional talent and achievements of the Northern business community. We deliver high-quality news, research, and live events, including our highly anticipated annual awards galas, which bring together the best and brightest in the region.
The Role: Awards Programme Success Lead
As our Awards Programme Success Lead, you will be instrumental in expanding the reach and impact of our awards programmes. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our customer data, proactively engaging with prospective entrants, and providing essential customer support throughout the awards process, including platform guidance and category selection assistance.
- Data Management: Review, clean, and update our existing customer database. Identify and add new prospective entrants to our CRM.
- Proactive Outreach: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Work closely with the events and commercial teams to achieve sales targets.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence on the phone. Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools. Knowledge of the marketing, tech and creative industries in the north is beneficial. We are productive, creative, and resourceful as we work in a fast-paced media environment. We value integrity, honesty, and open communication.
Competitive salary (dependent on experience) between 20-25k per annum. Bonus scheme related to targets. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Flexible working arrangements: a mix of office-based (Mondays and Thursdays in Manchester) and remote working. Opportunities for professional development.
