We're looking for either an experienced damp proofer or skilled plasterer to work in residential properties in Oxford and surrounding areas.
This is an initial 3‑month contract but for the right candidate there is an option to be a permanent member of the team.
The ideal candidate would ideally have experience in the damp proofing industry but if not then should be an experienced plasterer.
Additional skills in carpentry, plumbing or general building are desirable, but not essential.
We are looking for candidates with the following: Experience in damp proofing and/or waterproofing/tanking.
Experience in plastering and rendering.
Must hold a full clean driving license.
You must be presentable to clients and clean and tidy whilst on site.
CIS registered, (not essential but desirable).
All relevant Insurances.
Your own tools and van.
Other general building skills.
